Safety specification for daily use
1、Start gently, avoid slam acceleration to prevent circuitry damage or accident.
2、Frequently stepping on accelerator is not allowed, for may shorten life span of electronic control system.
3、Step on the brake gently, avoid unnecessary emergency brake.
4、Make sure that the vehicle stops steady, then you can shift gear from forward to reverse, vice versa.
5、Overload and climbing slope which exceeds rated degree is not allowed to avoid large current discharge.
6、Pass the deceleration strip frequently or drive on rough road may cause mechanical damage, please reduce the driving speed.
7、When the voltameter turn to yellow area or approach that area, please reduce the speed and charge the vehicle as soon as you can.
8、Please mind that the battery should not be fully discharged (voltameter point at red area), otherwise it may affect life span of the storage battery.
9、Charging the battery before the voltameter point at yellow area or red ared is allowed. When discharging of storage battery reaches 50%--70%, it is the best time for charging.
10、Run-in period is very important, detailed information please see chapter of operation of the new vehicle in <operation instruction>.
11、Sundries should not be entered into air vent of storage battery. Surface of battery should be kept clean and dry.

13、Electrical control system and fuse box should not be cleaned by WATER!
You can use brush or high pressure gas for dedusting.
13、You are not allowed to maintain the electrical part of the vehicle unless you are a profession, and you cannot disassemble the battery to avoid any danger from happening.
14、Make sure that connection of battery is good, and check regularly if clamp nut on the battery cables is fixed tightly to avoid causing spark or burnout the electrode. Check the fixed plug of battery regularly to prevent any failure that may shorten life span and affect driving safety.
15、Avoid driving in water, if water enters into motor, it would cause perpetual damage.
16、When driving on a downhill, shut off motor and slide is not allowed.
17、Please turn off power switch in parking, and pull out key, pull up hand brake.
19、If there is child playing in car, please pull out key to avoid any potential risk.
20、If there is a fire breaking out because of an accident or other reasons, please shut off main power switch.
Safety specification of charging
1、Standard voltage for charging is 220V.
2、Power line that connects the charger should above 2.5 square meter (we suggest to use water-proof cables), power socket should be above 16A, we suggest someone to keep an eye on the first hour of charging.
3、This kind of vehicle adopts vehicle-mounted charger. What you need to do is just insert the plug into socket for charging, and insert the other end into electric supply socket. When the battery discharges all the electric, it still needs to be charged for 10-12hours next time.
4、Pull open power switch, pull out key and pull up hand brake before charging.
5、Please place the EV in area of drafty place when it is charging, and smoking or fire source is not allowed in that area, it is prohibited to stack inflammable goods in the charging area.
6、Problems of looseness and oxidation of the touching surface will cause short circuit or bad contact of charging plug. If there is abnormal condition on power line connecting point, it should be fixed or replaced in time.
7、Process of battery charging should be carried out in place where children cannot reach.
8、If temperature of storage battery exceeds 65°C during the process of charging, you should stop charging for the battery.
It is not allowed to placed under blazing sun for a long time
You may need to keep the EV not being exposed under blazing sun for a long time. Because internal pressure of lead-acid battery will increase under environment of exceeded temperature, so that battery activity will descend and shorten the life of electrode plate.
Avoid High Current Discharge in Short Time
When the EV is starting and hill climbing, you may need to avoid slamming the accelerator to prevent high current discharge from happening. High current discharge could generate lead sulfate crystals, which may damage the physical performance of battery plates, or performance of reversible chemical reaction. What is more, high current discharge may also cause fall off and looseness or other problems that may shorten life span of batteries.
Power-lack is not allowed during lay up
During period of lay-up, the lead-acid batteries are not allowed to be in status of power-lack. Power-lack is lack of timely battery-charging after the batteries have been used. If the batteries are stashed in status of power-lack, it may cause sulphating. The crystal forms will be attached on electrode plate and block the electric ion channels, all these may lead to the problem of undercharge. Therefore, if you plan to leave the EV not being used for a long period, you may need to insure that the batteries are fully charged, and charge the batteries on a half a year basis.
